VET institutions at Dasaran.am

Vocational education and training reform processes in Armenia, which are covered in detail on various websites and platforms related to vocational training, such as:

As part of the ongoing process, the creation of the Vocational Education and Training section on the Dasaran.am website has been initiated, which contains complete information on all state colleges and universities operating in Armenia, the professions and qualifications taught in them.

In order to inform about it, the National VET Development Center organized a meeting on October 2 in Yerevan under the title "Public awareness of VET reform implementation processes on the Internet".

The purpose of the event is to inform the general public about all possible options for covering the field, the information presented in them, the search methods, as well as discussion platforms for people involved in the field.

The event was attended by the RA Minister of Education and Science, Armen Ashotyan, who once again emphasized that professional educational institutions are in greater demand year by year and "placing information about these institutions on the largest social network in Armenia will further increase the demand."

Suren Aloyan, the founding president of the Dasaran.am educational program, noted that VET institutions and universities will still only have information about professions, unlike schools, where students can know their grades and not only that.

Also present at the meeting were VET policymakers, local and international organizations operating in the field, representatives of VET educational institutions, social partners, as well as other beneficiaries.
