S. year On November 23, V. At Brusov Yerevan State University of Linguistics and Social Sciences, in cooperation with the Yerevan "Ponti" Greek community and the Greek Language and Greek Culture Center, the Republican Olympiad of New Greek was held, where the first place of honor was taken. Sona Hakobyan, a 3rd year student of the Yerevan Armenian-Greek State College of Tourism, Service and Food Industry majoring in "Organization of Service in Hotels and Tourist Complexes".
Pupils, students, people studying Greek took part in the competition.
The Olympiad exam competition included testing of the following skills: listening, reading, writing/A2 level.

Arpine Sargsyan, lecturer of Greek and English, head of International Cooperation and Public Relations Department of Yerevan Armenian-Greek State College of Tourism, Service and Food Industry.
Based on the results of the Olympiad this year on November 29, the students who won the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places were awarded with prizes and commendations, and all participants of the Olympiad received souvenirs, and committee members received certificates of appreciation.
