Online training courses on "Introduction to eLearning".

We organized and conducted online training courses on "Introduction to E-Learning" for VET managers and teachers. A total of 158 VET sector representatives participated. who were presented with the possibilities of using educational information technologies and the experience of e-learning in RA, as well as the necessary steps for organizing and implementing e-learning.

At the same time, online meeting-discussions were held on the issues of primary urgency and most interesting to the participants.

In particular, during the online meetings, there was a presentation on developing a distance learning strategy, team building, educational methodical design, content development and online teaching.

Resources needed to organize and implement distance learning, IT selection and application, target group formation, motivational methods, online communication tools, communication ethics and evaluation mechanisms were discussed, as well as the questions raised by the participants, especially aimed at the mechanisms of conducting training and production practices ( internships with other employers in the case of medical professions), legal regulation, online summative assessment.

Reference was made to the legal acts regulating the field of distance learning in RA and their modernization, change management and educational standards from the point of view of distance learning. The introduction of distance learning in the VET sector was also highlighted, especially at the institutional level with the availability of relevant legal and normative documents.
