On the 22nd of December an event titled “New Year and Christmas in Greece” was organized at Yerevan State Armenian-Greek College of Tourism, Service and Food Industry. Third-year students of “Organization of service at hotels and tourist complexes” department participated in it.
Besides songs and information about Greek New Year customs and traditions the event had a special message which preached love and peace to the world since New Year and Christmas are holidays of love and family.
At the end of the event Father Christmas came and they together cut the Greek pie made by the students to find out who was the lucky one to get the coin in the pie.
