In the framework of “Implementation of Strategic Professional Preparedness of G20 Countries” program, the International Labor Organization (ILO) office in Armenia hosted the delegation of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan. The objective was to study the implemented reforms experience in the VET sector of RA.
The delegation was introduced to the achievements of the education system in VET sector.
There were meetings organized with the representatives from the Ministry of Education and Science and other VET related institutions.
The delegation visited VET schools both in Yerevan and marzes.
Meerim Bayalieva, the initiator of the visit and the representative of the ILO professional training implementation program, was interviewed by the “Professional Education and Training” magazine. She stated that Kyrgyzstan is just taking steps in several directions in VET sector.
The Head of the educational-methodological division of the VET sector of Kyrgyzstan Gjulzada Asambaeva said that there are a lot of things in VET sector to be learnt from their Armenian colleagues.
