RENOVATIONS AT THE INITIATIVE OF THE FRENCH "GREF" ORGANIZATION

Within the framework of the cooperation of the RA Ministry of Education and Science and the French "GREF" (Teachers Without Borders) organization, on March 17-21, 2014, a working group will operate in Yerevan Regional State College No. 2 to create study materials on culinary technology, which will include a number of colleges and universities. cooking professors.

The latter have already participated in the first 2 rounds of training organized by "GREF" - master classes and practice in one of the best restaurants in Armenia.

In this third phase of training, the working group will create learning materials based on already existing textbooks and manuals, standardized modules, as well as French textbooks and videotapes.

All the materials created will be posted on the website of the ICRC and thus will be available to all beneficiaries.
