An event dedicated to the independence of Greece
On March 26, students of the "Tourism" and "Service organization in hotels and tourist complexes" specialties of the Armenian-Greek College participated in an interlude dedicated to the 197th anniversary of Greece's independence.
The special guests of the event were the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Hellenic Republic to Armenia, Nafsika Vrayila, the Deputy Ambassador and Educational Methodological Attaché.
The Armenian-Greek College, as an educational center spreading Greek culture and language in Armenia, celebrated 1821 with great love and respect. the independence of the Greeks and the establishment of statehood.
The slogan of the day was "Better one hour of free life than 40 years of slavery and prison."
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Greece Nafsika Vrayila expressed her gratitude, and Artur Ghazaryan, director of the Armenian-Greek College, noted that he is proud that both Greece and Armenia were able to win their freedom, and today our peoples live in independent republics.
