From October 28, 2013, a 1-week master course in cooking, organized by the RA Ministry of Education and Science and the French GREF organization, started at the Armenian-Greek State College of Tourism, Service and Food Industry in Yerevan, which is conducted by a specialist from France.
Candidates from 10 VET institutions of RA participate in the course, who have the opportunity to get acquainted with the methods used in the field of cooking in France, as well as exchange experience with a French expert-lecturer.
The course is conducted through theoretical and practical classes. After getting familiar with the recipes for cooking dishes, the lecturers prepare dishes on the spot.
