Business operations during the COVID-19 pandemic

S.t. On September 11, within the framework of the German "Vocational Education and Training (VET)-Cooperation" program, the "Business and Education Partnership" Foundation organized a working meeting with businesswomen, during which discussions took place. On the topics "Activity of companies in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic" and "The role of cooperation between companies and VET institutions in the training of specialists".

The meeting was attended by businesswomen of Armenia, who represented various fields of production and services, including sewing, shoes, silver jewelry, pastries, confectionery, natural vegetable oils, as well as the organization of entertainment, the provision of medical services. During group discussions, a number of issues were actively discussed, related to the professional level of VET institutions students and its compliance with the modern requirements of the labor market and the expectations of employers, as well as the problems of cooperation between VET institutions and the business community and ways to solve them, the role of businessmen in the effective implementation of VET in Armenia, etc. : The purpose of the meeting was also to involve new partners in the events and active activities of the Business and Education Partnership Foundation, as well as VET-cooperation program.
