The visit of the delegation of St. Petersburg State University of Economics to the Armenian-Greek College

On December 16, the vice-rector of St. Petersburg State University of Economics and the head of the department of student admission and professional work visited Yerevan Armenian-Greek State College of Tourism, Service and Food Industry for the second time.

The first visit was in 2008, when the above-mentioned educational institution acted as the St. Petersburg University of State Service and Economics.

Within the framework of the visit, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Armenian-Greek College and the St. Petersburg State University of Economics, as a result of which wide doors will be opened for the students of the Armenian-Greek College in the field of education.

The representatives of St. Petersburg had a meeting with the graduates and professors of the Armenian-Greek College and presented their university and the conditions of studying there, according to which the students

  • will be admitted to the university without passing an entrance exam
  • can study for free with part-time and existing education
  • will receive a scholarship
  • will be provided with accommodation in a student dormitory attached to the university.

At the end of the meeting, not only students expressed their desire to study there, but also professors, because the University of Economics offers the college also master's and postgraduate programs.
