An international workshop of VET managers was held in the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO on March 25.
The interactive course covered computer simulations for VET institution’s management, and was developed by Skolcovos’s Education Development Center (SEDeC). The program was developed and run as the business-school and Work International Cooperation program and was aimed to stimulate the labor market in CIS countries, Asia and the Middle East.
The computer stimulation gives an opportunity to figure out the modern VET institutions’ structure and get acquainted with the best experience for VET management. The participants get an opportunity to make decisions in critical situations and to solve financial and staff problems.
VET sector representatives from Armenia, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Vietnam participated in the seminar, as well as employers and international experts.
