Visit to the Republic of Greece

ASLANIDIS” Tourism School of  Thessaloniki, Republic of Greece hosted students and staff of Yerevan State Armenian-Greek College of Tourism, Service and Food Industry from May 29 till June 8.

On its way to Greece the delegation of the College visited “New Wave” Community College of Qobuleti, Republic of Georgia, which is one of  international partners of the Armenian-Greek College.

Within the framework of international cooperation,  Yerevan State Armenian-Greek College of Tourism, Service and Food Industry was nominated the best partner of “New Wave” Community College of Qobuleti, Republic of Georgia.

To express their gratitude, the students of Armenian-Greek College gave a culinary master class preparing Armenian traditional tanapur and salad with aveluk.

In Thessaloniki the delegation participated in the seminar on topic “Tourism in Greece”, organized by the inviting side “ASLANIDIS” Tourism School. They also participated in a workshop on “Hotel Business in Greece” in “Verginia” hotel.

Further steps of cooperation were discussed by the headmasters of Yerevan State Armenian-Greek College of Tourism, Service and Food Industry and  “ASLANIDIS” Tourism School.

The representatives of the group were granted certificates of participation.

During the few days’ stay the group visited the sights of Greece getting acquainted with the history, national cuisine, customs and traditions of the country.
