Within the framework of Francophonie month an event titled “Mystery of spices” was organized in French-Armenian Professional Education Centre Fund.
The organizers of the event presented the peculiarities of taste, flavor and use of different spices.
To make the presentation more demonstrative the Chefs Garik Gevorgyan and Ofelya Martirosyan organized a small competition and made many cookies by using different spices for the same dough.
Garik Gevorgyan stated that the aim of the competition was not the victory of Armenian or French taste, but that of French-Armenian cultural relations.
Tailors and hairdressers of the Centre also participated in the event. They made different ornaments and hairstyles using various spices.
