In the framework of 100th anniversary of Armenian Genocide a musical event dedicated to Komitas was organized in Syunik State Regional College.
Komitas was an Armenian famous musicologist, composer, singer and choirmaster and was the founder of Armenian national school of music.
Lecturers and students had presentations on his biography and creativity. Students also performed his songs.
