March 19 is the international day of French Cuisine. In the framework of this holiday French Armenian Professional Educational Center had announced a week of “French taste”.
Each year, on March 19 with the initiative of famous French cook Alain Ducasse 1.000 recipes of French cuisine are being presented by 1.000 chiefs from different countries of the world.
This year students of French Armenian Professional Educational Center also joined to this initiative and prepared 10 dishes of French Cuisine.
Francis Eeckhout was the companion of the week of “French taste”. He works as a chef in Yerevan.
Francis gave master class for the students and explained nuances of French Cuisine.
