The opening ceremony of “The Youth Capital 2016” of the Republic of Armenia was held in Gyumri State Drama Theatre after Vardan Adjemyan on March 31, 2016.
The students and teaching staff of Gyumri State College after Kara-Murza participated in the event with their skillful performances in String and Symphony Orchestras.
At the closing ceremony the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs Arsen Qaramyan awarded letters of gratitude to cooperating youth public organizations and co-applicant organizations of Gyumri Municipality of the contest of “The Youth Capital of the year 2016”.
