Cooperation between Armenian-Greek College and Moscow Professional College of Innovation Technologies

Six Russian students from “Technology of public food” profession and two lecturers visited Armenia from May 31to June 6 in the framework of the agreement between Armenian-Greek College and Moscow Professional College of Innovative Technologies.

The representatives from Moscow had their professional practice at Armenian-Greek College. During their practice they learned about the history of Armenian cuisine and the preparation of different traditional dishes.

In the framework of the exchange program excursions to the sights of RA were organized. The guests also visited the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Armenia where they took part in a discussion on youth issues.

The director of the Armenian-Greek College A. Vardanyan arranged a meeting with the president of “Preservation and Development of Armenian Culinary Traditions” NGO, chief cook and general director of “Ararat Hall” restaurant Sedrak Mamulyan who organized a master-class for guests.
