Cooperation between the Armenian-Greek College and the Moscow Professional College of Innovative Technologies

After the signing of a new cooperation agreement between the Armenian-Greek College and the Moscow Professional College of Innovative Technologies. They arrived in Armenia from Moscow from May 31 to June 6Six students and two lecturers-masters of "Public Food Technology" specialty.

The representatives of Moscow spent their professional practice at the Armenian-Greek College, getting acquainted with the history of Armenian cuisine and the preparation of a number of traditional dishes. Excursions to RA attractions were organized for them as part of the experience exchange program. The guests also visited the RA Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where they received a warm welcome and participated in the discussion on youth issues.

Director of the Armenian-Greek College A. Vardanyan organized a meeting with the chairman of the "Development and Preservation of Armenian Culinary Traditions" NGO, head chef and director of the "Ararat Hall" restaurant Sedrak Mamulyan, who organized a master class, presenting the method and advice for preparing the Armenian "Ararat pilaf".
