"Healthy City Life" international student exchange project
On March 20-26, the meeting of participants of the international student exchange program "Healthy urban life" took place in Yerevan.The participants of the project are young people from Estonia, Latvia, Russia and Armenia who study the impact of big cities on people's health.
The project is implemented by the "Youth in action" program of the European Union and aims to support youth initiatives and joint international programs.
On the Armenian side, the Yerevan Armenian-Greek State College of Tourism, Service and Food Industry is actively involved in the program, according to its director Artur Vardanyan. "The goal of the project is to develop tolerance, patience, to increase interest in the culture and cuisine of neighboring countries, as well as to form mutual respect among young people. The guests were impressed by the reception of the Armenian side. This is a great opportunity to represent our culture."
