The visit of the PRC delegation to the RA Ministry of Education and Science
RA Minister of Education and Science Levon Mkrtchyan received the delegation headed by the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Security of the People's Republic of China, Ms. Chan Ichen, who was on a working visit to Yerevan.
Welcoming the guests, the Minister of Education noted that Armenia has accumulated effective experience of educational cooperation with China, in particular, bilateral relations have been developing in recent years.
The head of the Chinese delegation specially emphasized that secondary professional education is very popular in China, which is considered by the state as an important guarantee of social security. According to the guest, the workers in the fields of economy and infrastructure are mainly specialists and masters with medium qualifications, among the university students there are also a large number of VET workers who, based on the demands of the labor market, continue their education in higher educational institutions.
