He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Geography of Yerevan State University.
She worked for 10 years as a geography teacher at School No. 140 in Yerevan.
Since 1993, he worked as a researcher at the Research Institute of Pedagogical Sciences of the RA Ministry of Education.
From 1995 to 2005, he taught at the Financial Academy, from 2005 to now at the Crisis Management Academy.
From 1996 to December 2011, he worked in the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications in various positions. Since 2009, he has held the position of Head of Vocational Education and Training Policy Development and Strategy Department of the Ministry of Primary (Vocational) and Secondary Vocational Education Department.
Since December 2011, he has held the position of the director of MKUZAK.
During his work, he acted as an expert of the Ministry in many international structures: ETF, UNDP, DFID, IREX, etc.
He is the author of 15 scientific articles, methodological manuals, educational programs, etc.

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Yerevan State University, qualified as an economist. Worked at Vanadzor State Technological College. first as an economics teacher, then as a deputy director in charge of educational works, in the last 17 years as a director.
From 2008 to today, he is the deputy director of the National Center for the Development of Vocational Education and Training of the National Institute of Education.

2005 Head of the working group developing a modular curriculum and programs for the "Clothing Making Technology" specialty of secondary vocational education.
2006 Expert, head of the working group of the analysis of the specialty "Clothing manufacturing technology" of secondary vocational education.
