State Vocational and Secondary Vocational Educational Institution is a state non-commercial organization. A non-state vocational and secondary professional educational institution can have any organizational-legal form provided by law.
In the vocational education system, the following type of vocational educational institution is defined: vocational school.
In the secondary vocational education system, the following type of secondary vocational educational institution is defined: college.
The authorized state bodies of state vocational and secondary professional educational institutions are determined by the government.
The main tasks of the vocational and secondary professional educational institution are:
- organizing education in the spirit of national, moral and universal values, meeting the needs of intellectual and spiritual development of a person;
- ensuring the quality of vocational and secondary professional education and applying the appropriate improvement system;
- ensuring transparency and publicity of educational process organization;
- dissemination of knowledge among the population, raising its educational and cultural level;
- ensuring cooperation with social partners;
- inculcating skills and responsibility for work in students.
