2021 On March 26, the discussion of the package of proposals for the reform of the VET sector took place with the beneficiaries. Both competent state bodies responsible for policy development in the field, as well as VET institutions and social partner private organizations participated in the discussion.
On behalf of the German government, within the "Private Sector Development and Vocational Education and Training in the South Caucasus" (VET VET) project implemented by the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ), in the field of vocational education and training (VET), work-based (dual) training implementation and study of the current state of the organization, referring to legislative, managerial, methodological obstacles.

The results of the study were included in a complex set of proposals and sent to the concerned government bodies, as well as VET institutions and social partner private organizations for discussion, comments and suggestions.
The issues raised during the discussion, the suggestions and remarks presented will help the process of further reforms of the VET sector, as well as the development of a package of legislative amendments.
