Tatevik Gasparyan graduated from Yerevan State University, faculty of Geography with excellence. For 10 years she worked as a teacher of Geography at school No. 140. Since 1993 till 1996 she worked as a researcher at the Research Institute of Pedagogical Sciences of the Ministry of Education and Science. 1995-2005 she taught at the Academy of Finance, since 2005 to present at the Crisis Management Academy. 1996-2011 worked at the Ministry of Education and Science occupying different positions. Since 2009 till 2011 December worked as the Head of Division of Policy Making and Strategy for VET of VET Department. Since 2011 December she occupies the position of director of National Centre for VET Development at the National Institute of Education of at the Ministry of Education and Science. Gasparyan has been expert and representative of the Ministry of Education and Science working within the activities of many international organizations: ETF, UNDP, DFID, IREX, etc. She is author of 15 scientific articles, methodical manuals, training programs, etc.

Graduated from the faculty of Economy of Yerevan State University with the qualification of economist. He has worked in Vanadzor State Technological College; at first as a teacher of economy, then deputy director in line of educational affairs. He has been the director during 17 years. He has been the deputy director of the National Center for Vocational Education and Training Development of the National Institute of Education since 2008 up to present.

2005 Head of working group developing module curriculum in line of “Garment making technology” of the middle vocational education.
2006 Expert of working group for the profession analysis of “Garment making technology” of the middle vocational education. 2007 Head of working group developing module curriculum in line of “Garment design” of the middle vocational education. 2008 Expert of experimental group in “Vocational education for the young with mild and middle learning difficulties”.
