ՄԱԶԾ ՄԿՈՒ ծրագիրը 2012 թ. Հունիսի 24-29-ը Աղվերանում կազմակերպել էր <<ՆՄԿՈՒ համակարգի մոնիթորինգ և գնահատում>> թեմայով 4-օրյա դասընթաց: Ծրագիրն առաջարկել էր ՀՀ Կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունը: Ծրագրին մասնակցել են ՀՀ Կրթության և գիտության նախարարության, Մասնագիտական կրթության և ուսուցման զարգացման ազգային կենտրոնի ներկայացուցիչները, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի բոլոր մարզերի ՆՄՈՒ հաստատությունների փոխտնօրենները:
The training was conducted by international expert Marina Gurbo. Ms. Gurbo received her first education at Latvia State University, Iowa State University of Science and Technology, and graduate school in education at Harvard. He has taught in vocational education and adult education institutions. For the past 15 years, he has worked as an international and local consultant in various departments and international organizations such as the World Bank, UNDP and OSCE. Ms. Gurbo is the author of several training programs and manuals.
The practical lessons of the course were conducted by experts Hovhannes Grigoryan and Mkrtich Ayvazyan. The types and levels of monitoring and evaluation, the main principles of development are presented. During the practical work, the participants drew up the evaluation plan, developed tasks related to monitoring and evaluation.
