The ongoing technological, economic and social reforms have created qualitatively new requirements for the development of human resources in the VET sector, which are the key to the success of professional and social activities.
In that context, the modernization of professional education is impossible without the mastery of modern pedagogical and innovative educational technologies. It is possible to solve this problem not only by forming and establishing a cumulative system of narrow professional trainings, but also through the development of a specialist at the workplace, promotion of creative activity and provision of continuous education.
With the funding of the Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of the Federal Republic of Germany, the German International Cooperation Company GIZ launched on September 17-21 the component of the "Development of Professional Training Standards for VET Teachers" project, which aims to review and update the content of existing guidelines and existing modules, aligning it with VET to the modernization processes of the sector.
In the implementation of the component, the MKUZAC shows its readiness and active participation, which emphasizes the implementation of reforms aimed at development in the VET sector.
