Question 3: How is admission to primary and secondary professional educational institutions carried out?

Answer: Admission to the existing (stationary) education in the institution is carried out by applications of persons with at least basic education, and distance education admission is made by applications of persons with at least secondary education. Admission to the institution is carried out without entrance exams on a competitive basis, except for secondary professional education specialties in the field of art, healthcare and sports. The admission competition is held according to professions in the given institution. The admission competition is held in the free and paid training places allocated by the authorized body according to the professions, according to the following principle:

1) At the place of free education, first of all, the arithmetical average of the scores of the basic education certificate, secondary education certificate units (including examination), preliminary professional (craft), secondary professional, higher professional education diploma and the list of this order for the given profession are accepted. the applicant with the maximum sum of subject marks/points;

Answer: The entrance examinations for the field specialties are conducted by the examination commissions according to the schedule approved by the director (rector) of the institution. The timetable shall be posted in the Institution for all to see at least one week before the commencement of the examinations and a copy of the timetable shall be submitted to the Authorized Body within 2 working days of approval but no later than one week before the commencement of the examinations.
Examination tickets are drawn up by the examination committees of the Institution at least 10 working days before the entrance examinations.
