In the months of March-July 2013, with the support of USAID's Enterprise Development and Market Competitiveness Program, the AZGK Center organized courses for waiters and hotel maids.
The goal of the project was to improve the service quality of restaurants and hotels in Armenia by training participants in accordance with international standards.
As a result of the training, 40 waiters and 20 maids acquired professional skills as well as appropriate English vocabulary. Trainees who did not have work experience were placed on the job.
